CLIENT SUPPORT
SPECIALIST
As a senior
representative of our company, your objective is to serve
our customers by helping them understand our product,
diagnose problems and respond to written and verbal
inquiries. You will be involved in “triaging” and resolving
most daily problems. This position will allow you the
opportunity to demonstrate versatility and help us achieve
our goal of 100% client satisfaction. The ideal candidate
will be someone willing to be part of a team but yet
demonstrate the ability to work independently.
BASIC DUTIES
-
Provide
telephone, internet and on-site support of existing and
new clients
-
Manage
the installation and training at new client sites
-
Document
and thoroughly test all product functionality prior to
distribution to clients
-
Participate in new product design and launch
-
Maintain
existing and establish new processes to ensure high level
of client service
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-
B.A./B.S.
in Business, or business related field
-
Excellent
communication and decision-making skills
-
Proven
ability to learn in a fast paced environment

Ability
to work independently, manage various tasks
-
Basic
experience with Microsoft Office products
SOFTWARE
DEVELOPER
BASIC DUTIES
-
Strategic
Planning – Participate with clients in developing
enhancements to existing applications and in developing
new and unrelated product offerings
-
Software
Development – Plan, design and implement major functional
enhancements to the application and architecture.
-
Customer
Interaction -- Debug and resolve system flaws discovered
internally or reported by clients; work closely with
support staff.

Maintain
existing and establish new processes to ensure high level
of client service.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- B.S. in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to learn in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently, manage various tasks
- Must
be interested in hands on software development

Experience with Delphi, XML, Pervasive, ASP, SQL, .NET a
plus
